NUUO Support,

We have a customer that reported that setting up the dual monitor support using a 5000 series card is not as convenient as having a spot monitor output like with the NUUO SCB-4016 card or with Geovision cards 1120 and higher. The reason is this:

To setup the dual monitor, the customer must open an Internet Explorer window and connect with the Live Viewer, then drag that window to the second monitor and select full screen

This is not easy to do if the 2nd monitor is in another room

If the computer needs to reboot or if there is a power outage, he does not know of a way to automate setting up the 2nd monitor display and does not want to do it manually each time.

The customer asked us if there are any plans to support dual monitor with the 5000 series cards or any plans to add a spot monitor output like on the 4016 card?

Please let us know.
