NUUO Support,

We are in the process of updating our NUUO technical support server with the latest NUUO software version, NUUO 3.20. We have a hybrid system with a NUUO SCB-5016 card and a 4 channel SCB-IP+04 license dongle.

We uninstalled the old version of NUUO and ran the autorun 3.20 version and everything went OK so far. When we try to start the main console we get a message that says "Please convert dongle to SN license and restart H.264 hybrid system".

Can you please help us to document the instructions to convert the dongle to SN license? I assumed that the license was the # on the dongle, but that did not work. Please let us know.
