That camera is compatible with NUUO IP camera software: http://www.cctvcamerapros.com/NUUO-IP-Camera-Software-s/297.htm. The email alert software works really well in NUUO also.

DLink Camera Customer: We are getting false positives with the DLink software, do you think it is the camera or the software?

Customer Support: It is likely the software is too sensitive.
