<description>&#60;p&#62;We recently had a customer that was having issues getting a picture on his cameras, he was getting a white screen for each of his cameras and when he unplugged the camera it read video loss on the on screen display.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Solution: First stop all monitoring, then go into Configuration/AV Setting/Video Source now make sure the video standard is set to NTSC For American video standard and PAL for European Video Standard.
