We recently had a customer contact us about the following:

Q: We have a user that deleted events out of the event log. the recordings are still there but don't display in the event log. Is there a way to regenerate them to display in the log

A: You must use the Repair Data Base Utility tool. To access this go to start > all programs > GV Folder > Geovision Repair Data Base Utility. The GeoVision Multicam Software must be temporarily shut off. This will sync all of the files within the Hard Drive specified with the GeoVision View Log.
