We have a hybrid system with a NUUO SCB-5016 card and a 4 channel SCB-IP+04 license dongle.</p> <p>We uninstalled the old version of NUUO and ran the autorun 3.20 version and everything went OK so far. When we try to start the main console we get a message that says &quot;Please convert dongle to SN license and restart H.264 hybrid system&quot;.</p> <p>Can you please help us to document the instructions to convert the dongle to SN license? I assumed that the license was the # on the dongle, but that did not work. Please let us know.</p> <p>Thanks.<br /> -Mike </p>
