Access my dvr from my job

Does anyone have all the steps or a good site on how to get this done using Geovision SW and Linksys router.
I have static ip on my dvr workstation. I've setup dyndns.
From my browser at work, it seems as though I have gotten through my router to the dvr workstation. I can actually see the computer name in the corner window of my browser, however I am not able to view my cameras
