Can you cut the BNC connectors off premade CCTV Cables and re-attach them?

A customer contacted CCTV Camera Pros with the following question related to CCTV cables:

I have a small hole drilled in the brick that leads to the dvr in my living room. If I run your CCTV cable, can I cut the 3 connectors off of the end so I will be able to re-connect them again on other side after I feed the cable through the wall?

You should use RG59 siamese cable which is made so that you can attach connectors after you run and cut the cable to your exact length desired:
