DVR H.264 Not Allow Any Remote Connections

Hello,,,

My DVR H.264 not allow any remote connections.

I have created the users admin and user1, this users have password "1234", and the user user1 have right to Multi Login,,, But no work, with any try the DVR Web Access show the message "Login Failed".

This problem is in the LAN and the WAN.
