DVR without pass in owner´s software, without activeX

Is there some kind of access that I can see my video image but not accessing the DVR´s owner software?
I dont need to download activex or have access to controls , settings, menus,..., of DVR´s owner software.
I only need the camera video on webpage.
like this

A simple webpage with camera image (in html code), without download activex, without login, without controls,...

How can I do that ?

this method is specifically for a Vivotek IP-V96112 network PTZ camera .
I have a DVR connected in network, not IP camera Vivotek IP-V96112.
Do you think it can be done ?
