We Recently had a customer contact CCTV Camera Pros regarding Geovision surveillance systems that had the following question:
I am trying to screen capture the DVR software page and am not able to freeze frame the video image. The image comes back as purple or pink instead of capturing a screenshot of the video at that time. Is there any way to capture the image from the cameras?

Yes, you can perform screen captures in Geovision surveillance software. You need to disable the Directdraw Overlay option to get rid of the pink screen. To do this, Click on the configure button > General Setting > System configure. Within the system configure window, find and disable "Enable Directdraw Overlay". Click OK and then restart the software by startup settings.
