GV Iview only works local

    Hi my name is billy and I have a gv 800 ,for some reason I can only acsess my cameras when I'm on the same wifi network, but soon as get home it gives me a connection failed. I called my service provider about setting up my port forword so I opened all the port that were on the install folder but still no luck. Anyone know what's wrong please help.

    Please check and make sure all of your ports are open using this tool here http://videos.cctvcamerapros.com/check-open-port-forwarding-tool

    Ports Needed:

    80 - http
    4550 - command
    5550 - data
    8866 - mobile live
    5511 - mobile playback
