hi im having problem with gv iview

    i could go thru with my iphone theres no connection error or id/pw are wrong but after it go thru it doesnt show any image im using gv650 4 port dvr system can anyone help me out

    Hello Have you tried going through the setup instructions?
    Here is a link this should get you through the setup also make sure your GeoVision System is running 8.32 software.
