    I am in need of formulas for testing IP camera performance where I have a couple of 30fps cams only providing a maximum of 10fps over 100Mbps full duplex network and a 1Gbps NIC card at/on the server.

    This is a real problem that I need to do some calculations to understand why we are at this point.
