We had the following support chat this morning with a customer that purchased a NUUO 4016 card from us:

I have the Nuuo 4016 Pci, I cant get playback to work. Operating software xp sp3. It used to work. Is it possible that one of windows updates is not compatible with the Nuuo sofware?
Customer Support:
Hi Simon. It is possible. Did you just run an update? Where any other changes made on the PC like other new software installed?
simon:
No I did not install any software. The update happen about 2 weeks ago, but i did not use the playback until now.
Customer Support:
OK. I will need to get a list of the hardware that you used to build the PC.
Customer Support:
I am going to open up a case on our forum right now. I will send you instructions on how to get all of your system information to add to the case and I will ask NUUO support to help. Did you make sure that your system met all of the hardware compatibility requirements when you built the PC?

Yes, and everything worked fine for a while.
