An engineer from NUUO recently recommended the following to on of our customers with the NUUO SCB-4016 card who was experiencing video problems:

As to Milton’s problem, I provided with him the NUUO all-in-one windows driver and it looks to resolve the flashing video problem he was experiencing.
He will get back to me next week if the system runs well still.
I suggest you use the all-in-one driver to trouble shoot when your customers have any similar problems or errors such as:
- can’t find PCI devices
- video blinking
- No video
- line scrolling over the video
Most problems related to NUUO surveillance video display and quality are related to software driver.
NUUO will include the all-in-one driver in next version (NUUO 3.2 package) and I think installing the wrong driver will be no longer an issue because the all-in-one driver can detect the card model and install the proper driver automatically.
So far please use the all-in-one driver installer for current troubleshooting.
