NUUO Support,
We read that the newer versions of NUUO surveillance software can support mobile viewing. Can you please let us know if there is a list of the smart phones that are compatible with the NUUO NVR / DVR surveillance systems? Is there a certain operating system that is required to be on the phones?
Please provide as much information as possible so that customers can choose the right windows smart phones to work with NUUO.

There are two ways to use mobile phones to view video remotely with the current version.
1.)Using PDA/smart phone viewer which runs on Windows Mobile (5.0 and 6.0) to access live streaming from the main console, the required resolution is 240x320.

2.)Using general mobile phone (3GPP). Accessing live streaming by the mobile phones that support RTSP (usually running on Symbian OS).

Support for iPhone will be coming out with version 3.3, which is targeted to be released in Q1 2010.
