Trouble Playing Back Exported Surveillance Video from NUUO DVR

A customer contacted CCTV Camera Pros today that was having trouble playing back some surveillance video footage that he exported from a NUUO PC based DVR.

In our experience, downloading and installing the following video codec pack fixes problems with video playback not only for NUUO video exports, but also other PC based surveillance systems and stand alone surveillance DVRs as well.
