    Hello.

I have problem to connect to "Remote Viewlog Service".

I got the error message "Unable to connect to server. Please verify its current IP-Address and Port Number" I run Windows 7 on my remote computer and Windows XP and GeoVision 8.3.4 on the camera computer.

It works to run "live view"

    Please help me!

    Hello Thomas,

In order to run the view log remotely you will need to forward port 5552. Once you forward this port it will allow you to connect. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Hello

I have solved the problem!! In the "Remote Viewlog Service" dialog box i should have wrote the dipmap-address in stead of the fixed ip number! My fault!!!

    Thank you for your time
