Geovision GV-PT110D emailing problem

    I have installed a Geovision GV-PT110D PTZ IP camera and it constantly sends emails at whatever time interval is set on the email feature. The PIR on the unit doesn't seem to work and Geovision support in Ireland told me to put an external Dual PIR on the unit.
    Why are Geovision selling cameras will will not do the functions they claim to on the features advertised.
