Hannsonic HD-3004 DVR

hi, I have this old Hannsonic DVR, model HD-3004, and i am trying to connect to in internal web-based program, but fail to do so. The network port I set inside the DVR is 192.168.1.199 (within my DHCP range). Anyone have the same type of DVR that can give me a light??
