Start scan remotely for PTZ camera

    Hi all

    Is their a means of remotely starting the scan for a PTZ camera with DMMultiview. While the camera is scanning I can access the menu and navigate using the up and down arrows. However, once I back out the scan stops and I cannot reenter the menu. It seems the only time I can enter the menu is while the camera is actually scanning.

    Hello irishcrows,

    If you are needing to log into the OSD menu of the camera. Most PTZ cameras are programmed with the preset of 95 to access the OSD menu by default. So using the GeoVision Virtual PTZ control call out to preset 95.

    To Access the Virtual PTZ interface click the following button see below image.

    Now select Preset 95.
