Need a Pinhole Camera That Can Capture Details

Would you find folks here at cctvcamerapros.com know of from where I can find out the details of the optics used in a covert pinhole camera which can see the time on someone's watch who is standing 5-8' feet from the camera lens ?

Any links or resources would be kindly appreciated.

Please let me know what specifically you are looking for as far as "details of the optics".
