There are 2 things that must be done to setup an IP security camera for remote viewing when your Internet connection uses a dynamic IP address:

1) You must setup port forwarding to your camera to access from outside of your local area network. You can find some resources to do this here:

2) When your Internet connection uses a dynamic IP address, you must setup a DynDNS account and input the account information into your router so it stays up to date in regards to what the current IP address is. You can find information on this here:
