Yes this is possible. You need to install a 2nd network into the PC. Then connect all of your cameras to a network switch. Connect the PC to the switch using one of the NIC cards. This will isolate all of the network traffic from the IP cameras on a separate network

The other NIC will connect to your router that has internet access (the one the rest of your network is on).

No cross over cable will be used. You will need to setup IP addresses on all of the IP cameras using the software they came with because a switch is not going to supply any IP addresses via DHCP.
