A Zavio customer recently contacted us because he was trying to use the EZVuu camera viewer software and when he created his login, it was too long and got truncated. Unfortunately, he could not remember what the user ID got shortened to and his camera was registered with the EZVuu already.
In order to remove a Zavio IP camera from being registered with a EZVuu account, you must set the camera back to factory default settings and create a new EZVuu login.
