2000 jpeg internet trouble

    I can get into the dvr from our office computer but not outside sytem. We have replaced our current dvr that worked outside the system. We have a static IP we must be doing something wrong on dvr setup. Any ideas.The router is ok we set the same ip,gateway,netmask as the old system.
