Zavio IP cameras are one of the few network camera product lines that are very friendly to use with Mac OS X. To detect a Zavio camera on your network using a Mac, please follow these instructions.

    1. Connect your IP camera to your network using a CAT5 cable and power the camera on using the supplied power supply
    2. Open the Safari web browser on your Mac PC
    3. Click on the bookmark icon and select Bonjour
    4. In the webpages section of Bonjour, you should see your Zavio IP camera listed
    5. Double click on the camera
    6. Enter your login ID and password. Note that the default user name is admin and the default password is also admin
    7. Your IP camera should be displayed live

CCTV Camera Pros is a master distributor for Zavio IP cameras. Please contact us with any questions that you have at 561-433-8488.

I am new to the Zavio and bought the 312A. I have a MaxBook Air, iPad, iPhone . I have powered up the 312A & plugged it into my router. The blue light does show it is connected to a port on the router. When I open Bonjour as you suggest, I see my printer but nothing else. no 312A. Thoughts?

    thanks

    Don,

If the problem continues, I recommend setting the camera back to factory default settings by pressing and holding down the reset button for 10-15 seconds, then rebooting the camera.
