Should I setup Geovision in the admin or regular account in Windows 7?

I installed Geovision 8.4 in my new Windows 7 system, under the administrative account. It runs without any problem.

To reduce risk associated with administrative account, I set up a regular user account. However, when I started Geovision it took about 20 minutes for the program to load. I tried the "run as administrator" option but did not help.

Am I doing something wrong? Must the system be run under admin account to avoid this severe slow-down? What do you guys do?
