I'm wanting to set up a PTZ CCTV around my house, outside. All the spec sheets I see for cameras limit the operating temperature to 14 deg F to 104 deg F. I don't think there is a single spot in the continental U.S. that can meet those temperature limits. For example I live in the Phoenix area, and the normal high this time of year is 110 deg F. And 14 deg F is not very low no matter what state you live in. So basically there is no state in the U.S.A. (maybe HI) where an outdoor CCTV system can be used within spec. Is that right?
