Thank You for reporting this issue on the CCTV support forum. I am sorry to hear that you are having some trouble with your surveillance camera. This is the first case of this that has been reported to us on a BIPRO-S600VF12 camera. Based on what you described, it sounds like the IR cut filter is not properly being reset and shifting back to day time color mode when it should. Can you please let me know what power supply you are using with this camera? Also, if you have another power supply that you can test with, I recommend testing with another power supply as it may be a bad power supply.

If you continue to have problems, I recommend that you send the camera back to us so that we can test. Your camera is under warranty, so if it ends up being defective, we will replace it for you at no charge.
