128 IP cameras needed to be split onto 4 different monitors

Hi everyone,

I am installing my first IP camera system and was needing your help with a solution. I have 128 cameras total with (3) 24 port poe switches located throughout the warehouse going back to a 48 port switch into the office and then into a computer with monitoring software. My question is how do I split the cameras equally onto 4 different monitors? Is it done with port forwarding? Thank you in advance for your help. Derek
