Camera scan doesnt show full screen?

  • Tested on a GeoVision NVR with 8.4 and 8.5 software. Setup for 1 camera per 3 second scan but it will not show up in 'fullscreen' mode. It has a little window showing the camera and a black border around it. It initially would go to fullscreen mode when I hit camera scan so I know it's possible I just don't know what setting or what I'm missing. Tried restarting, reinstalling and upgrading to 8.5 from 8.5 with the same results. Anyone?

    Please try enabling Directdraw in Multicam by going to Configure, General Setting, System Configure, then check "Enable Directdraw Overlay".
