Can't get past moveeye software

I've been working on this for a year. I've made it through most of the mobile viewing steps and when it asks me to open "CMS", it finds the dvr but will not connect the cameras. Also I've downloaded the "MEYE_WM" and it only shows a text document for set up! I've followed all instructions to a "T" and the only other monitoring I can get on my computer from our H.264 8 channel stand alone dvr is on "SNS". HELP!!!! please 🙂
