  • I have CMS lite software V1.3.8.0 installed on my desktop. It was working fine. A few days ago it started showing blank screens for the cameras. I can still go to file…setup and connect to the dvr, and I can do remote search and view recorded imagery. Just the live part does not work.

    Everything works fine using the same software on my laptop.

    I want to try to re-install the software, but I cannot find the disk. Is there a link to download the CMS lite program? I am using the software to remotely access my iDVR-E surveillance DVR.

    I have the same problem. Reinstall does not help, any suggestions? It worked fine before, and does not starts any more.

    I use WIN7 Home Premium 64 bit

    I installed the CMS Lite software on Win 7 and it does not work but I have an old laptop with Win XP and it work and also installed on Win 8 and works as well. Can someone please help me out as to why this software is not working on my Win 7. I NEED IT TO WORK… 🙂

    Same here. Switched from DSL to cable modem. Now CMSLite won't launch. The process starts but not the app. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
