    I have a new gv 650-b 16 camera card, I thought I installed software properly however I have no advanced option in camera configure and my images are black and white but my cameras are definatley color cameras.Are there any help videos I can watch to re install with a step by step guide.

    Hello wildmadbad,

    Can you please go to Configure > Av Settings > Video Source

    What is the Video Standard set to?

    Please advise.
