extention h64

hello

here I have a pci-e dvr card 16 channel with software IDVR8000 servers.

the problem in that my records are in extension. H64 I can only play these video files with RLI file player.

So who could tell me what other program can read these video files and what program could make arrangements or modify these files or cut video h64?
