This relates to the System Log. This has nothing to do with the Video recordings. By default the System Log records to the C:GV-xxx folder. So if the C drive ever fills up then it is very likely to run into this message. You will then need to change the recording path of the System Log or free up some space within the C drive to fix the problem.
To change the System Log's recording path click Configure, General Settings, System Log Settings, then click on the Browse button to redirect the path.
