Geovision JPEG Stream Setup

A customer recently asked the following:

We are trying to setup the JPEG stream but for some reason the option is grayed out so we can not enable it in the network settings. Any idea why? We already stopped all network services in Geovision.

Please check the following within the Webcam Server Setup window. Under the General tab, make sure that the option "Enhance network security" is disabled.
