Geovision net i/o cannot change event type for center v2

  • Have a issue with Geovision version 8.3 and 8.5 i use the net i/o 4 channel card and a 12 input card. normally when i change the settings for connecting to Center V2 I can change the event type from normal to emergency. I have 2 systems where this is greyed out.

    Any body any ideas?

    To fix this issue you will need to make sure the "Monitor all types of events" is checked.

    The above menu can be found on the actual DVR / NVR not the Center V2. You can simply press the "V" key on your keyboard. Once you press the "v" key you should see the above dialogue box. Once you check the box, save the settings.
