We recently had a customer contact us about the following:
Q: We have a user that deleted events out of the event log. the recordings are still there but don't display in the event log. Is there a way to regenerate them to display in the log
A: You must use the Repair Data Base Utility tool. To access this go to start > all programs > GV Folder > Geovision Repair Data Base Utility.The GeoVision Multicam Software must be temporarily shut off. This will sync all of the files within the Hard Drive specified with the GeoVision View Log.
