  • I'm having trouble to view my H.264 with my iphone from outside of my home. When i'm inside home with iphone with wifi on, it works, but without wifi it wont work. Think something have to do with port fowardiring or firewall. Need some help how to make it work.

    It definitely sounds like you will need to forward the port / ports for your DVR.

    Still no luck trying to make it work. I looked up the link you send it to me, it was somewhat different than what I have. I'm little confused on which select I should pick on "Choose the computer that will host applications through the firewall" I have 18 on it. Is there any other link that I can look at it to make it work ? Also how can I find the right port # ? Many thanks

    Please take a look at this article. The concepts are the same for all network DVRs and IP cameras, but for the specific instructions for your DVR and router, you need to consult with those manuals for the specifics.
