I have a 4 ch unit that just stopped working. When power is plugged in I do have the Power indicator on the front but nothing else is working. Is there a reset or can I reload the OS ?
I ran a hard drive test/scan with WD and it passed.
Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. I checked our database and do not see any orders in our system under your email address. Please note that H.264 is a video codec used by most DVRs and is not a brand. If you have one of our DVRs, please email info@cctvcvamerapros.net with the order ID or email address used to place the order and a tech will help you.
