the same problem was with me as well.its a very simple to do.just to internet explorer and type your ip address which is in your dvr.page ll open ask u login name and password .just type admin in loggin and keave blank password.click on login….thats it
type ip address in address bar
and if u wanna use that software then just typr admin in login area and no password,leave blank
