When I downloaded the software from the disc provided, a short cut came up on my screen CMS200, when I clicked on this it asks for a username and a password, which I have not come across anywhere yet in the manual.

the same problem was with me as well.its a very simple to do.just to internet explorer and type your ip address which is in your dvr.page ll open ask u login name and password .just type admin in loggin and keave blank password.click on login….thats it

and if u wanna use that software then just typr admin in login area and no password,leave blank
