How can I view multiple security camera locations centrally from one computer?

A customer recently contacted CCTV Camera Pros with the following questions:

We are looking for security camera system that we can use to monitor scattered distant sites at any one given time without any limitation. How can we view multiple security cameras at different locations from one central monitoring station / computer?

For example Telecommunication sites scattered all over the country , at any given time we should be able to see live pictures of what is on site even at night .
