  • A customer recently asked CCTV Camera Pros how to setup the 4 channel display on the VM-16RT Video Mux. The conversation went as follows:

    Customer – I have a VM-16RT Video Mux, I want to enable the 4 channel display. However when I do this it stays for a couple hours and then reverts back to the default 16 channel display.

    CCTV Camera Pros Response – To maintian the 4 channel display, you must disable the video loss alarm. Once disabled it will not revert back to 16channel display.
