i can not see my business online from my house

i just get my camera install for my business, get everything set up right. when i go home , i open my pc, try watch my business online, alway a window pop up said :

No windows permission to OCX

i go to google search.

can u please tell me : is any different way to make my camera work, please let me know, my pc is window 7. i just bought a few months ago.

Please let us know which DVR you are using so that we can help further. Did you get your DVR from CCTV Camera Pros?
