IPAD DVR viewer configuration

Dear all, please help me to access DVR from OUTSIDE by using IPAD.

I am able to see the DVR by using Asee HD or TMeye application on the LOCAL network,

but I can NOT see this DVR from outside when I try to use https://84.128.135.xxx address.

I CAN see this DVR (https://84.128.135.xxx) from outside by using Windows IE on my Desktop PC.

Ports 80, 8000 and mobile port 101 on the ADSL Router AR-7062 are opened.

On the local network in AseeHD and TMeye application I use :

Address =192.168.16.72 , port = 101 .

What is a problem ?

I am not familiar with those apps but the concepts to setup remote access to a most surveillance DVRs is the same.

What you are describing is a common problem that you can read more about here:

Please use our check open port forwarding tool to make sure that port 101 is properly forwarded on your router.

Make sure that when you access from outside your network, you are using the Internet gateway address of your modem's Internet connection. Go to this page from a computer that is connected to the same network as your DVR.
