  • Does anyone have a link to download a manual?

    I am using "Transmitter" and do not have the password for the "K.Lock". Is there a way to reset this? The previous admin is no longer with company.

    Hello WHS,

    The password for the k.lock is the password that your DVR is set to. By default the JPEG DVR does not have a password set. If you never set a password than you would just leave the entry blank and press enter.

    My DVR isn't actually connected to a monitor. It is in a closet and connected to the server. Do I need to connect a monitor or is there a different way?

    Yes this has to be done at the Physical DVR. Please let me know if you have any questions.
