I am using "Transmitter" and do not have the password for the "K.Lock". Is there a way to reset this? The previous admin is no longer with company. Thanks. If you never set a password than you would just leave the entry blank and press enter. If you have forgotten your password than here are the password reset instructions http://www.cctvcamerapros.com/surveillance-DVR-support-s/131.htm#dvr-password-reset-instructions I hope this helps. Thanks James March 11, 2011 at 9:39 pm #32173 Anonymous James, My DVR isn't actually connected to a monitor. It is in a closet and connected to the server. Do I need to connect a monitor or is there a different way? Thanks March 14, 2011 at 3:21 pm #32174 Mike HaldasKeymaster Yes this has to be done at the Physical DVR. Please let me know if you have any questions. Author Posts Viewing 4 posts - 1 through 4 (of 4 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
