JM Integrated Remote Station connecting issue

Hi, I've just downloaded the JM Intergrated Remote Station, version 1.0.1.56 and tried to get it to work. I've entered the site information through IRS setup and saved it. When I go to Viewer, it says Connection Established but I don't see anything on the screen? How do I fix it? Please let me know.

Also, when I go to DVR setup and put in my address, port number, ID and password and hit connect, it keeps saying "wait to connection" but it never does connect.
